Meet the founder
Dr. Thomas-Seales is a social worker, psychotherapist, behavioral therapist, university educator, trainer, and continuing-education provider with more than two decades of experience across behavioral, educational, clinical, and community-based settings.
Her work with children and families—and her firsthand experience navigating school and service systems as a parent—deepens her commitment to support that is practical, culturally responsive, and grounded in dignity.
She brings social work values, behavioral science, cultural humility, and systems awareness into conversation at the intersection of behavior, culture, human development, and family life.
